2026 onwards
The strawberry pilot.
A 40-ft aeroponics container in Dhabeji, just outside Karachi. 2000+ plants, grown without soil. Premium strawberry varieties, hand-picked, year-round.
- 2,016 planting cells in a 40-ft climate-controlled container
- ~2,548 kg of premium strawberries per year
- Zero pesticides, 95% less water than traditional farming
- Hand-picked at peak ripeness, hand-delivered in hours
- Women-led team on the ground
- Apprenticeship cohort (15 women) training in parallel
- Full data monitoring and real-time optimization
A garden, at scale
Beyond the berry.
Leafy greens. Herbs. Microgreens. Other fruits. The box was the proof. Phase 2 is the farm. Half an acre, indoors, climate-controlled. More high-value crops, more women growing them, more of what a Pakistani kitchen should be eating year-round without flying it in.
